23-26 December

Enjoy a 3- or 4-course dinner with grand dessert buffet during the Christmas days prepared by our Executive Chef, Marco de Wildt.

3-courses EUR 45 per person
4-courses EUR 50 per person
Wine package (3 glasses), ice water and coffee or tea for EUR 19,50 per person

The Childrens menu is available as of EUR 20 per person.

NEW YEARS
31 December and 1 January

This New Years eve is specifically set up for families. We therefore serve an exciting Family Dinner Buffet.

Dinner buffet EUR 40 per person
Wine package (3 glasses), ice water and coffee or tea for EUR 19,50 per person

There is a child discount, children can try this buffet for only EUR 20 per person.

Besides the Silk Road Restaurant dinners, we also serve some specials in our Silk Bar on the ground floor:

• Christmas high tea with one glass of Prosecco in Silk Bar for EUR 25 p.p.
  
• Special Cocktail menu for EUR 8,50 p.p.

Pamper yourself during the holiday season! Book one of our packages or make use of the unique specials in our bar or restaurant! During Christmas (24,25 and 26 December) we can offer you a 3 or 4-course menu in Silk Road Restaurant (EUR 40 / EUR 45).
Enjoy the old school, warm winterly specials from Silk Bar like pea soup with smoked sausage or apfelstrudel.
During Winter Magic Amsterdam the Canal Parade on the 23rd of December will start and end at the Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam. Small stands will serve delicious food.

Albert Kooy is well known for its sustainable and delicate cooking. Especially for Silk Road Restaurant he developed a temporary tasting menu with Dutch products. All sustainable produced and prepared. With this specialisation he tries to keep the Dutch kitchen alive and preserve the environment.

During spring, Silk Road Restaurant offers a spectacular terrace on the roof next to the restaurant on the 2nd Floor. Silk Terrace has an amazing view of the river IJ, where it can be very bustling with all kinds of boats. On the other side, you have a breathtaking view on the city, looking at the Oosterdok and the old city centre.

On the terrace we offer an extended beer and wine menu, with different European and Asian bears and different tastefull wines, all chosen selectively to compliment the East meets West food concept.
